Holos is run by Peter Wells and specialises in stress reduction and relaxation using Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Seated Acupressure techniques. Holos is based inside The Green Health Centre on Pembroke Road in Ruislip Manor and also provides mobile treatments in the local area, a mobile therapist will travel to your home or hotel room for the treatment. Peter is currently our only in-house therapist but we work closely with several other locally based therapists, male and female, of varying discplines to either provide services that Holos is unable to, or for our pamper parties.
Our main ethos at Holos is to treat all our clients holistically which essentially means to treat them as a whole, mind, body and spirit, not just the presenting problem. Holistic therapists can help clients by advising them on how they can improve their own health through changes to their lifestyle as well as providing soothing and stress reducing complementary therapies.
Where We Are and Hours of Business
Holos is based in the Green Health building at: 106, Pembroke Road, Ruislip, Middx, HA4 8NW
and also operates mobile complementary therapies in Ruislip, Harrow, Pinner, Northwood, Eastcote, Uxbridge, Watford, West Drayton, Hayes and all the surrounding areas of North West London and the Home Counties.
Appointments can be made outside these hours of business providing 48 hours notice is given and a therapist is available.
