Swedish Massage:
Full Body:
Back, shoulders, both legs and feet, abdomen, both arms and hands, shoulders, neck, face and scalp.
1 Hour Treatment:
A one hour treatment tailored to suit the needs of the individual.
Half Body:
Either: Back, legs and feet or Back, arms, hands and neck.
All 1st time treatments will also involve a short consultation, which is not included as part of the treatment time. This will allow the therapist to asses the best treatment for the client.
